SHIPPING POLICY
We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.
We deliver PAN India.
All your orders would typically be dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of order.
Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
Please note that the delivery time is 5 - 7 Working Days.
We will send a confirmation email and notify you with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some orders/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather, etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you provide complete details of the shipping address including the correct address, PIN Code, and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.
DELAYS due to CUSTOM clearance are beyond our control and in no case, the order can be canceled or modified if the packages are held at customs (we request our all dear clients to be patient and allow us time to get your packages cleared smoothly).

FORCE MAJEURE
VANTAGE shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
We make an earnest effort to make sure that the merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event that we’re not able to send or replace your order due to the unavailability of the product, we will inform you as soon as possible and REFUND the amount for the same.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective, or different from their description on the product detail page on vantageclo.in
Return will be processed only if:

it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

the product is not different from what was shipped to you.

the product is returned in its original condition.

Refund will be processed only after we have received your return and the product is in good condition.

Refund will be done within 5-7 business days after we have received your return.

The refund amount will be sent via NET BANKING OR UPI only.
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.
7 Days Returns & Refund, This item is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. You can refund the product returned, and a small amount of ₹100/- will be deducted from the face value of the item purchased.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer package, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund.
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REFUND IN CASH IS NOT POSSIBLE.
